The Soho66 Softphone
What is it?
Introducing the Soho66 Softphone, a SIP software phone which you can use on your computer desktop. Simply download the free application, add your VoIP details and you're ready to make and receive calls via the internet on your PC. Use the microphone and speakers on your PC, or purchase a headset for improved sound quality and privacy. Developed in-house, the Softphone perfectly synchronises with your Soho66 account for a hassle-free desktop option.
Compatibility
The Softphone is currently compatible with Windows Vista and above. In the future, additional operating systems will also support the Softphone.

After the software is installed:
If you're already a Soho66 customer, simply choose the number you'd like to link with your softphone. We recommend that each Soho66 number is registered to a single device, so please ensure that any other associations with the telephone number are removed. Alternatively, you can register your softphone with an extension; for example each staff member can register their own extension, which rings when the main office number is dialled. If you're not a Soho66 customer yet, when you download the application you'll be prompted to register for a number. Soho66 numbers are £2 per month, and we have telephone numbers available in most UK area codes. Once you've registered for a Soho66 account, your new VoIP details will be automatically added to your softphone. You'll need to add credit to your account in order to use the service for outbound calls, and you'll be charged at our Standard Call Charges rate.
