All of our call features below are provided free of charge with a Soho66 VoIP number.
Call forwarding
You can forward any Soho66 number to another mobile or landline number. Forwarding can be easily configured from your control panel for your Soho66 VoIP number.
Hunt groups
You can configure your Soho66 number to ring at multiple VoIP phones.
Each VoIP phone needs to be registered with our switch as an extension.
As soon as someone picks the ringin call up, the other phones will stop ringing.

Multi forward
Multi forward is a feature unique to us. It allows you to forward your Soho66 number to multiple destinations at the same time.
Multi forward is similar to hunt groups, except you can also include external mobile or landline numbers as well as your Soho66 VoIP phone.
With multi forward, for example, you can have your incoming call ring on your VoIP telephone and your mobile at the same time. That way you can pick the call up wherever you are.

SMS to Email
Soho66 unified telephone numbers are able to accept incoming text messages and forward these on to you over email
SMS to email is included in the price of a Soho66 unified number and reception of incoming messages is totally free.
To enable SMS reception on your unified number, all you need to do is specify the email address that you'd like us to forward your text messages on to once received.
Note that SMS to Email is not available on 0845 or 0333 numbers.

Call delivery assurance
Call delivery assurance uses a connection prompt to detect and avoid your caller being directed to your mobile voicemail when you forward calls to your mobile.
Time of day /out of hours routing
With our out of hours routing, you can route your call differently when your business is closed. You set up your opening hours, choose from our built in public holiday calendars (England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or none) and then tell us what to do with the call.
You can route the call to a closed message, route it to voicemail, send it to an out of hours mobile or many other options. Out of hours routing uses our superb routing wizard; giving you maximum flexibility when routing your call.

Music or messaging while ringing/routing
You can choose to play music or messages to your callers as part of your routing.
We provide the music and you can upload your own wave files or we can have voice files professionally recorded for you and uploaded.
