Service affecting issue
We are currently experiencing some issues with two of our data centres, this might be affecting some customers' audio quality.
We are working with the data centres to resolve these issues and will update customers as and when we get information.
UPDATE 12:30PM: Statement from Technical Director: One of our transit providers has identified a DDOS attack on two addresses that were not within our network.
UPDATE 12:20PM:: This is now resolved, customers should no longer be experiencing issues with calls.
