Following on from a brief outage this morning affecting all calls, we have moved our VoIP services to a backup server. This has resolved the problems that customers were having making / receiving calls. However, at the moment, voicemail and conferencing services are still inoperational.
Our engineers are working to resolve this as a matter of urgency and, should be working before 10:15am.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
10:05AM - All services are now up and running as normal.
