Service affecting issue
Yesterday evening (24th August) at approximately 5pm we suffered a loss of connectivity at two of our data centre sites which affected both inbound and outbound dialling. Services were restored late yesterday evening.
A full RFO will be issued once our investigation into the outage is complete.
