VoIP Update

The problem that had become apparent earlier today with BT infrastructure in London are now resolved. Calls are now successfully being made / received through our service. This failure had been down to a power failure in Telehouse North, one of the main UK datacenters, which affected a number of internet services and Internet Service Providers.
