To celebrate Pancake day in style, we've introduced some new features on Soho66 that we're pretty sure you'll feel are "flipping" fantastic!

Change your on-hold music

There's been so much interest in this, we couldn't put it off any longer.  Within the "Audio Files" section of your control panel, you can now select and change the music that your customers will hear when you place your calls on hold.  Naturally, you'll need to declare that you're legally entitled to broadcast the music that you're using for your calls on hold, for copyright reasons.  As long as you're able to virtually sign to say you're allowed to use the music you upload, you can start using this right away.

Individual Sign-in for your VoIP numbers

For our multi-user customers, we realise that it can be an administrative nightmare to have one person dedicated to making changes to each and every number on your VoIP account.  If a member of staff needs to change the way their calls are routed, or download a voicemail recording, why not let them do it themselves?

Well, now you can.  Your staff members can now login to the site using their VoIP username and password.  They will be presented with a stripped down control panel, so that they can change their call routing or manage their own voicemail online.
