Customers will have experienced an inability to make or recieve calls for a short period earier today at around 15:30.
The 2 minute outage was caused by a process problem on one of our main proxy servers.
Our monitoring system alerted our enegineers to the problem and they were able to switch to one of our back up servers within 2 minutes while they worked to fix the problem.
If any customers are still experiencing problems then they are advised to reboot their phones and if they still have issues to contact support@soho66.co.uk
