We've just launched our forum, which is intended as a replacement for our old knowledge base.
We've copied across most of the old content from the knowledge base to get your started, but the forum is so much more than a knowledge base.
We'll regularly post updates as we gain new knowledge about elements of the service we provide in the context of the customers environment.
We'd also actively encourage our users to get involved and post their own questions, suggestions and perhaps even add to the base of knowledge already there.
