We operate on multiple sites, and also incorporate remote workers. Their flexibility in setup, price and functionality is unmatched by any competitor.

On top of that their customer support is excellent! Response time is instant, and after I suggested feature improvements and additional features, they where not only helpful but managed to adapt, improve and add new features in record time.

It is excellent and very easy to use, we saved a fortune on everything normal calls and conferences.

I was sceptical at first as I'd never heard of Soho66 and also never really dabbled with VoIP beyond Skype, but the whole process has been brilliant.  The phones (Grandstream GXP1400), although budget are excellent but, the thing that surprised me more than anything is the call quality and functionality is spot on.  Calls are crystal clear and never have any problems.
