Some of our customers are reporting they are having issues with the 3CX soft-phone this morning. This appears to be down to the 3CX STUN server being unavailable.
To work-around this issue, there are some instructions below to change the STUN server to an alternative:
- Launch the 3CX Soft-phone, and click the circular button at the bottom of the application.
- From the menu, click "Connection" (for 3CXPhone prior to Version 5), or "Accounts" (for 3CXPhone V5+)
- On 3CXPhone V5+ highlight your Soho66 account, and click "Edit"
- Click Advanced Settings.
- Change the STUN server to 'stun3.3cx.com'
- Click 'OK' on all windows, until you are back on the main 3CX screen.
After following these instructions, your 3CXPhone should then continue to work as normal.
