Number goes straight to 1000 mail box?? Options

I've just set up and followed instructions as stated, I rung my chosen number it rings once and goes to the person at extension 1000 is unavailable?

I've been to route wizard far too many times and still the same thing happens?

I want my chosen number to ring for 15 secs then divert to my mobile (which I typed in at the correct prompt) if I don't answer then to my mobile voicemail?

Why is this not happening?

Hi Lynette,

The most likely reason for call forwarding to a mobile not working is that you do not have enough call credit on your account to authorise the call, can you check your call balance and, if that is not the issue, email support@soho66.co.uk with your problem and the support team will look into it for you.
