Hello Dave,

I'm sorry but we do not have a set up guide specifically for that phone.

Pleas follow our generic set up guide:

and let me know if you have any problems.

Not sure if you managed to do this, but think I have just done it with mine.

Connect the phone up via the hub/router and also to your pc (WAN to hub, LAN to PC).

Wait until the phone boots and once you see the date and time hit sysinfo, this should give you an IP address. Open up a web browser on your PC and type in the IP address i.e. 111.111.1.11 (notice the additional digit at the end)

You shoul dbe presented with a log on screen. Username and password are both admin.

Click onto the VOIP option and start to add your VOIP credentials this hit apply.

I fiddled on for ages with this and after lots of 401 and 403 errors tried my username also in the phone number field and low and behold it worked.

I hope this helps.

Thanks to DavidL10, mine worked too - the key was putting your account number in the bit that says 'Phone number'. Seems a bit daft, but hey, who am I to complain! Thank you, David!
