Forwarded call identification on mobile Options

Hello, I have call forwarding to my mobile. When I receive a call I see Blocked or unknown identification. I understand that I can't see the inital caller number, but I'd like to see that call has been forwarded and hence I should be able to my Soho66 number who does that forward.

is it possible to set up that?

Hi Jozef,

By default all our numbers are set not to display caller ID, but you can set caller ID to show by logging into your account, clicking on 'your numbers' then clicking on your number itself and changing the 'caller ID presentation' field. If this doesn't fix the issue then please send an email to support@soho66.co.uk with a brief description of the problem.
