Is it possible to stop the popup when dialling out Options

I use other programs, mainly my CRM with 500 numbers on it. When dialling out the popup appears in my browser in which I have to close then go back to the list of my 500 numbers in which I have to search the account I was calling. I have come across instances where I cant locate the account in time of the customer answering which in turn puts my on the back foot with the call. If there is a way around this, any advice would be great.

It sounds like you are using a browser extension such as Telify for Firefox, is that correct? Please email us at support@soho66.co.uk with confirmation and we will advise further.
