Routing problem Options

Hi, I've contacted support directly twice about this without reply!

When I add my external mobile number as the redirection to call it gets ignored and goes straight to voicemail, effectively missing out a step in the routing wizard process. This has been happening for over a month, yet it worked correctly beforehand and I've not changed anything.

Can anyone please help me with this as the support team seem to be ignoring me!
