Service affecting issue 24/02/17
On the morning of Friday, 24th February, some customers may have encountered problems making or receiving calls.
At 09:10am there was a problem with a process running on one of our servers which handles calls and device registrations. An error with the way we were monitoring this process meant that we were not initially alert to the problem.
We began to receive reports of problems from customers and our engineers were able to identify the problem and restore all services.
As a result we immediately made a change to the way we monitor this process, to ensure that we will now be alerted should it happen again.
