Here are Soho66 we blacklist various number ranges and countries due to the increased cost per minute (and other reasons).

This is to protect our customers from getting unexpectedly high bills.

The Lyca Mobile Numbers beginning 074xxxxxxxx - these can cost upto 12p per minute

UK Premium numbers beginning 09x - these can be as much as £1.60 per minute.

The above list is not exclusive and there could be other number ranges that could be blacklisted.
