We've just added time of day routing to our extensive list of features. Time of day routing allows you to route calls differently when your business is closed or out of hours.
Our out of hours routing can be configured with your regular opening hours. We also provide bank holiday calendars for England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the dates already populated for you.
You can route your calls to an out of hours number, play a message, or send the call to voicemail. In fact, out of hours routing uses our superb routing wizard, giving you the maximum flexibility in routing your call.
Out of hours routing comes as standard on all of our numbers at no extra charge.
