3CX Phone Users - Please Note

Customers using 3CX Phone for Windows may currently experience connection issues due to the 3CX STUN server not being available.

We have, this morning, set up a link to a publicly available STUN server, which will resolve the issue. To change the configuration of 3CX Phone:

  • Click on the screen of your 3CX Phone with the right mouse button. 3CX Phone will show its menu.
  • Click "Connection"
  • Click "Advanced Settings"
  • Change the STUN Server to stun.soho66.net
  • Click OK
  • Click OK again

Your 3CX Phone should then connect back up to the Soho66 service without any further problems.

Please note, that any copy of 3CX Phone downloaded either from our site, or from the link provided when ordering a new VoIP number will already have this new STUN server set and shouldn't need to be changed.
