Do you limit the number of concurrent calls I can make?

Most services that we provide are advertised as being limited to a number of concurrent calls.

In actual fact, we do not limit your account in any way and you will find that you are able to make or receive as many concurrent calls as you'd like on your numbers with us. 

We do, however, monitor the usage on accounts and will contact you if the activity on your account is commercially unsustainable. We would typically only do this in the case of high inbound call concurrency or high concurrency on unlimited plans where there is little or no regular outbound traffic. 

Please note that the service we provide is not suitable for calling card or access numbers or high volume inbound only call centre operations.
