Setting up your phone
Yealink Phones

This is the configuration guide for setting up the Yealink series of phones (T20, T22, T26 & T28)

Configuring your phone

Setting up your Yealink phone with the Soho66 service is a simple process, which is managed through a web browser connected to the same network as the phone.

Prerequisites

Before you start, you need to know your VoIP username, password and the server that your number is connected to. You can do this from your Soho66 account, by clicking "My Soho", then "My Numbers", then the telephone number that you wish to connect to. The VoIP username and VoIP password is near the bottom of the page, in a section entitled VoIP Settings.

Find your phone's IP address

Press the "OK" button on the phone to enter the status page, and note the IP address of the phone, which will normally be of the form 192.168.x.x.

Configure your phone

Using a web browser on your PC, type the IP address of the phone into the address bar at the top of the page. You should be asked to login to the phone. The default username and password are both admin (in lower case).

Click the Account tab at the top of the web page. From the drop-down, choose the relevant account that you wish to configure (normally Account 1), and specify the following information:
