For £4.99, choose a telephone number either in a specific area code, or a national number like 0845. Each number comes with a variety of features as standard. For example, Out of Hours Routing can ensure that customer calls never ring out. Simply add your business opening hours to your control panel, and if your number is dialled outside this time, choose how it is dealt with. For example an ‘I’m sorry we’re closed’ message could be initiated, or the call could be transferred to an alternative out of hours destination instead.

Soho Gems are special add-on features which are available to purchase in addition to the standard features you get free of charge. Rather than increase our basic level price, customers can choose to add whichever Gem features they wish.
Call Recording is just £4.99 (Soho66 Call Recording 1 Year) per month, whilst you can add IVR to your account for just £2.99 per month. On top of that, if missing your business calls is a concern to you we even offer our very own in-house Virtual Receptionist service – whereby our receptionists will answer your calls in your business's name so your customers won't know the difference!
