'Withheld' Number

My number is showing withheld or blocked when I'm dialing out

By default, all numbers have a withheld caller ID presentation but this can easily be changed via your account. Follow these steps to present your number:

 

  • Log in to your account at “My Soho66”.
  • Click on “Your Numbers”.
  • Find the number you would like to change and click on it.
  • Look for “Caller ID Presentation” and drop down the box to present your number.
  • Hit OK at the bottom of the page and this will then present your number when dialing out.
