I agree. "Welcome to xxxxxxxx Press one for Sales, Press two for customer services" etc

I'm interested in an 'Auto-Attendant' or IVR for my business as I believe that it would give a better image of my business and of course direct people to the right extensions whilst they were waiting. Can we expect this to be available in the near future?
