Improved call routing Options

When setting up call routing, it would be nice for the routing to show more information, such as when forwarding to voicemail, if a message is used.

Also, it would be nice to be able to dive in and just change one step, rather than having it wiped out when you click on it and having to start from scratch.
I've seen this with other systems - makes life a lot easier!
