We charge per page for faxes, with up to a minute allowed for transmission of a single page. If a page exceeds a minute for transmission then we charge a page for each extra minute.

We do not charge for faxes which are not delivered.

The ability to send to premium rate fax numbers is barred by default. Please contact our support team if you would like this enabled.
