2019

2018 ITSPA Best Business ITSP (£2m-£10m)

ITSPA Best SOHO ITSP: Named Finalist

The ITSPA have nominated Soho66 for the ‘ITSPA Best SOHO ITSP’ award. Soho66 have once again been nominated for an ITSPA award, this being the 7th year in a row. including wins in 2015 and 2016. This shall be the eleventh running of the ITSPA Awards, which celebrates companies who provide or resell business and residential customers voice services over data networks (VoIP). The ceremony shall take place on 1st May 2019.

2018

ISPA Best VoIP: Named Finalist

Soho66 once again secured a nomination for the award of Best VoIP 2018 at the ISPA Awards. This is the fifth year running we have been nominated for the award. The ISPAs are independently judged by a panel of industry experts with technical testing carried out, ensuring that only the top performing providers are shortlisted. The award ceremony shall take place on 12th July 2018.

ITSPA Best Business ITSP (£2m-£10m): Named Finalist

The ITSPA have nominated Soho66 for the ‘Best Business ITSP (£2m-£10m)’ award. Soho66 have been nominated for the award the last 6 years, including a win at the 2016 ITSPA awards. This shall be the tenth running of the ITSPA Awards, which celebrates companies who provide or resell business and residential customers voice services over data networks (VoIP). The ceremony shall take place on 24th May 2018.

2017

British Small Business Awards 'Technology Provider of the Year': Named Finalist

Soho66 was nominated for its third national award of the year at the prestigious British Small Business Awards, in the competitive 'Technology Provider of the Year' category which has included well known brands including Xero, Sage and Salesforce in previous years. The category recognises the provider that has placed an SME service at the heart of its offering, displaying innovation, impressive customer care and helps SMEs grow.

ISPA Best VoIP: Named Finalist

Soho66 secured their second finalist shortlist for a national industry award in as many months, this time reaching the final in the ISPA Awards’ ‘Best VoIP’ provider category. As the ISP sector continues to develop and grow, this year’s awards – which are the ISPA Awards 19th year running – once again received a very high number of entries that were narrowed down into 50 ISP companies across 15 categories.

ITSPA Best ITSP (Small Enterprise): Named Finalist

For the 5th consecutive year Soho66 made the final shortlist at the ITSPA Awards, having been nominated for the ‘Best ITSP (Small Enterprise)’. Soho66 actually won this very award at the 2016 ITSPA awards, providing an opportunity to defend the title. In what is the 9th year of the annual ITSPA Awards, the category celebrates the provider supplying the best all-round VoIP solution to small businesses.

2016

ITSPA Best Business ITSP Small Enterprise Winner

Soho66 claimed ‘Best Business ITSP Small Enterprise’ at the 2016 ITSPA awards, making it two ITSPA award wins in as many years. The category was based on the company that provides the best all-round voice service to startups and small businesses, taking into account impressive business performance, innovation, customer service and a case study. Eli Katz, ITSPA Chairman, said: “In the most competitive category which was hard to cut down into a shortlist, Soho66 came up winners. The judges were impressed by the continued growth of their platform, overall service quality, excellent customer service and continued innovation.”

ISPA Best VoIP: Named Finalist

We were very pleased to find out we had once again been shortlisted in the ‘Best VoIP’ category, for what is now the third consecutive year, at the 2016 ISPA UK Awards. The nomination marks our hat-trick of being shortlisted for the ‘Best VoIP’ award at the ISPAs, having been nominated in 2014 – in which we won – 2015 and now 2016. Once again our service was judged on a detailed entry form, technical testing and overall service offering to make the shortlist, in what is now the 18th annual ISPA Awards.

2015

ISPA Best VoIP: Named Finalist

We were extremely pleased to make the finalist shortlist in the very competitive ‘Best VoIP’ category at the 2015 ISPA awards. On top of a detailed, value-added entry form, we were one of the few providers to make the shortlist based on the technical testing of our service, which takes into account speech quality, network jitter and background noise, as well as judging criteria based on a wide scope of what our service offers, from packages to contract options and customer care.

2015 Best Business ITSP Medium Enterprise

ITSPA Best Business ITSP Medium Enterprise Winner

Soho66 claimed ‘Best Business ITSP Medium Enterprise’ at the 2015 ITSPA awards, seeing off competitors in a strongly fought-out category. A panel of independent judges chose Soho66 based on the results of 2 months’ technical testing, as well as a detailed written self-assessment. Eli Katz, ITSPA Chairman, said: ““The judges decided to give this award to Soho66 who have continued to show high levels of quality, following on from their success at the last awards. The judges were very impressed by the high levels of growth of their service and the innovation shown to keep their customers happy.”

2014

ISPA Best VoIP Winner

After meeting stringent judging criteria and undergoing detailed technical testing of our system over a period of several months, we were delighted to be named 'Best VoIP' winners at the 2014 ISPA UK Awards. Variety and scope of packages, time from order to delivery, support and customer care, number options, contract options, free access to other VoIP networks and value added services were among the judging criteria we met to beat off stiff competition and be handed this prestigious award.

ITSPA Best VoIP Innovation: Highly Commended

As a company with innovation at our heart, we were extremely proud to be acknowledged in the 'Best VoIP Innovation' category at the ITSPA awards. Our 'Highly Commended' award confirms that we have created a "Dynamic and user-friendly service or product, which has proved useful to the VoIP marketplace. This innovation has helped push the technology into the mainstream and help make VoIP more accessible to the customer."

ITSPA Best Business ITSP (Small Enterprise): Highly Commended

Providing services to businesses of up to 10 employees, the Best ITSP for Small Enterprises award acknowledges companies who "Provide an exceptional all round voice service to start ups and small businesses. This company demonstrates impressive business performance, innovation and customer service". The application process includes a rigorous technical testing period.

ISPA Best Customer Service: Named Finalist

We strive to deliver the best customer service within our industry, so acknowledgement by being shortlisted for the ISPA Best Customer Service Award, which covers all internet services, is extremely rewarding. The awards were held in London on July 10th. Judging criteria includes; speed of response, safety and security features, innovation in customer contact, and going the extra mile.

ItSPA Best ITSP (Medium Enterprise) Shortlisted

ITSPA Best ITSP (Medium Enterprise): Named Finalist

We were delighted to make the finalists’ shortlist for the ITSPA Best ITSP (Medium Enterprise) award. Entries for this award were open to businesses with 10 to 150 employees, while finalists were judged on criteria including rigorous technical testing lasting for a period of one month, which examined reliability, stability and quality of their VoIP service. Entrants were also required to submit details of their operation, on top of a case study for review, so we were happy to receive recognition by being named a finalist.

2013

ITSPA Best Business ITSP (Small Enterprise): Named Finalist

We were named finalists in the 2013 ITSPA awards for Best Business ITSP (Small Enterprise). The judging criteria involved a period of technical testing, combined with a written entry and case study. With such broad criteria, we believe that being a finalist in this award portrays our well rounded approach to providing businesses with a first-class Voice over IP service.

ISPA

The Internet Services Providers’ Association (ISPA UK) is the UK’s Trade Association for providers of Internet services. ISPA brings together the UK internet industry to provide essential support through innovation, knowledge and experience in order to benefit the UK economy and society. ISPA UK was instrumental in establishing EuroISPA, a European federation of Internet Services Providers’ Associations. EuroISPA voices ISPs concerns to politicians and officials at European Union level and influences EU Internet policies.
