Switching from your current provider to Soho66 doesn’t mean you have to give up any business telephone numbers you may already have.
Transferring your number in this way is known as 'porting'.
The process
We'll ask you to complete a transfer authorisation with us.
Once we have your authorisation, we'll communicate with your existing provider on your behalf.
The process takes from 48 hours to 10 days to complete. We'll give you plenty of notice of the official transfer date as soon as we have confirmation from your current provider.
Cost
Ordinarily there is a fee of £15 to port a number to our service for the first number, with this reducing to £10 per number for any additional numbers.
However, for larger quantities of numbers – including those all in one range – we can give you a tailored quote which will provide greater value for money. To receive a quote simply contact us using the details below.
What sort of numbers can I transfer?
We are able to transfer numbers from most UK providers.
We can transfer in most 01,02,03 and 08 UK numbers
You can transfer a number to our service whether it's already a VoIP enabled number, or is currently in use with older BT copper lines.
