Reinstating a number that you have cancelled
If you cancel a number with us, but subsequently decide that you want to reinstate the number, then please get in touch with us by sending an email to support@soho66.co.uk
There is no charge for reinstating a number that you have cancelled. If the number is still available we will allocate it back to your account.
Reinstating a number that we have cancelled
If we cancel a number or numbers that you hold with us because of non payment of your account, then we can reinstate it/them for a one off account charge of £20; assuming the number is still available. This charge is to cover the administration time in reinstating your service as well as to cover the cost of retaining numbers whilst not receiving payment for them.
